Match-O-Rama Game Review

What a fun game! We have tried many games from The OP and have found some favorites that way. This game is a fun matching game with a little bit of a gambling (not for real money just for points) an example of a card is something you buy in bulk, something you order for breakfast, a tv game show and you try to match with someone else that is playing you have to guess how far apart your match person is. It sounds more complicated than it really is. We have played Blank Slate in the past (from the same company) and I think I prefer that game but we have enjoyed the game and know we will play it for years to come.
Thank you Match-O-Rama and Tryazon for our free sample of this game.

Astro-Trash board game #Review

Board games are one of my very favorite things- so are time lapse videos. Astro trash is a game from USAopoly and the point of the game is to try to make your planet clean but cleaning trash off your planet, putting it onto the sun, or giving your trash to your neighboring planet so they can deal with it. Now, while this doesn't sound very environmentally friendly OR ethical it makes for a very fun board game! Each person starts with ten pieces of trash and then the fun begins. There are three dice one that has a number 1,2 or 3 on it, one that has a color on it that matches the trash colors, and one that has a L for left an R for right, a picture of the sun for placing it in the middle, and a ? which means the piece of trash can be given to any one that the player chooses. Th first person to clean their planet is the winner of that round and the game is played until one player has earned 3 first place finishes. This game says ages 6+ and I would tend to agree with that. My youngest is 6 and we had to start every game reminding him which hand is his left and which is his right. This is a GREAT game for learning that! The game can be played with 2-5 players and take about 15-30 minutes to finish a full game but can easily be made into a game where after one round the game is over. The pieces are super fun shapes and sizes. All four of my kids ages 6, 9, 10, and 13 thought it was fun and I enjoyed playing it with them.

Thank you Tryazon and USAopoly for giving us this game to try out with our family and friends.

Sambucol Back to School

Back to school is here and along with that is the start of the spread of germs. Sambucol is an immunity support that comes in many different forms. The products are made with the black elderberry and was developed in 1991. The sample products they sent were of the gummies. But I was also excited to have the throat lozenges and the cold and flu medicine. Is it funny that I am excited to get the flu to see if the meds work? Just kidding I don't really want to get sick but I am excited to see how this medicine works. I like how it is all natural so I feel it is safe for me to share with everyone in my family. Thank you to Tryazon and Sambucol for allowing me to try this with my friends and family. It is always fun to get to try something to make us all healthy this school season!

Penless QR Sticker Review

Penless is a few new company that wants you to "Up your gifting game." How do they want you to do that? They want you to buy their cute QR stickers and attach them with birthday, anniversary, and wedding presents. It is a neat idea. How does it work? As the owner of the stickers the Penless app needs to be downloaded. Then I was able to make a video with my phone and the app, then I scan the QR code and attach the sticker to whatever I am giving to my gift receiver. In this case (they also sent bookmarks) I made a bookmark for Kiah on her first day of school telling her to have a great day. We figured out that she does not need the app just a cell phone that will take a QR code and open what is attached to the code. Some other fun ideas were some traveling ones that they have and for those who may still do scrapbooking if a fun video was taken on vacation it can easily be attached to your book and that memory will always be just one click away.
Thank you Penless and Tryazon for letting my frineds and I try this fun product. Everything I received here was free in exchange for me sharing and reviewing the product.

Tryazon and DynaTrap focus group and review

We have had a lot of rain in Kansas- my neighbors say more rain than they know of in the last 29 years so it's been a big deal. With that much rain it brings a lot of flying bugs and mosquitoes which no one wants around. DynaTrap is a company who thinks they have a solution to getting rid of these bugs in a non chemical way and when using the products they seem to work very well! Here is what they sent me (click on the links and you can see the product and price for yourself!)
  • DT150 Ultralight Indoor Insect Trap
  • DT160 ¼ Acre Outdoor Insect Trap
  • DT1050 ½ Acre Outdoor Insect Trap
  • Dynazap Electric Bug Zapper
  •  Dynatrap FlightLight Indoor Fly Trap
I have a friend who has been testing the 1/2 acre one and they just recently moved to a farm. They said they had a lot of bugs after 24 hours and then after waiting a few days they had almost a full bucket! So they believe it is working. I have the Indoor flytrap set up in my kitchen and we have caught a lot of little bugs- not a whole lot of flies but I feel almost like it's too hot for flies so I am excited to see how it works in the fall! The indoor light one is basically just a sticky sheet and a blue light that draws the bugs into the sticky trap but the nice thing about it the bugs is you can't see them unless you pull out the sheet. My kids have enjoyed the electric bug zapper- we may be using that more than on just bugs (I do not recommend that although it is not extremely painful.) Thank you DynaTrap and Tryazon for letting me and my friends try out these amazing products. I know we are thankful for less bugs!

Tryazon and Plaid Crafts #LetsPaint Party

Every once in awhile a party comes along that is so much fun and effortless to get people to! This fun Plaid Craft painting party was one of those. I had never heard of Plaid Crafts before this party but have since discovered that their products are sold at Walmart. I will say this party almost wasn't super cool because the company sent the wood panels with a sticker attached right on the face of the board- they were super stick and left behind a TON of residue. I called the company, twice to try to figure it out. We used a blow dryer, steel wool (which scratched the surface) a knife(nope) dish soap with a grease defender (nope) a plastic scrubby- (barely worked and scratched the wood) FINALLY when I was about to cry and throw in the towel I remembered we had some goo be gone stuff. It literally took two seconds with a rag and the residue was off! Although I would recommend NOT doing that in the house next time! So once a month on Thursdays Plaid Crafts has a live painting class via their Facebook page. I wanted to know what supplies we would need for our party and if there was anything I need to do before I hosted my party so Kiah and I decided to paint along with the live video! That lasted all of about five minutes as we fell behind and there is no pause on the live feed so we sketched our star fish on and then wait to paint along the next day so we could pause and rewind! This was so much fun! I really enjoyed the class- as a mom of four who always tells people what to do sometimes it's nice to have someone tell me what to do! The ladies who ran the class did a great job and I love to hear that there are other artist and styles that they do. All the classes are free however they do promote their brand products and colors which is fine for me when these classes locally can run between $20-$30 a night. I think a fun idea would be to make these monthly boxes people could order with all the supplies inside and then they could paint along. It would be a fun gift for myself or my friends. We all had a blast at our party and want to thank Tryazon and Plaid Crafts for allowing us to have so much fun!
